Deeply involved in new management practices, I accompany organizations through their transformation toward more efficiency and ability to self-organize. On one hand, I build a clarified governance based on explicit rules about « Who do What » to create a flexible and empowering organisation. On the other hand, I help former managers to shift from their hold power centered position to a shared leadership.
