After more than 15 years working in HR, I started to question the traditional way of doing management in companies, I started to deconstruct, test and experiment a new way. In the midst of all this, HR sem Blá emerged, which has autonomy and trust as its main banners. I often say we are empathetic rebels, questioning the status quo and building together a healthier place in business.
