Transformation is the process of changing an organization's culture with a goal in mind.

That goal (or goals) will differ depending on the organizations.

For example, if could be:

• making operational changes to optimize costs and / or maximize efficiency,
• becoming more agile by implementing a self management framework at organizational level, or
• switching from physical offices in 2 locations to distributed teams worldwide.

No matter the approach you choose, organizational transformation processes are usually costly, long and complex because there are a lot of moving parts that need to be considered. 

Measuring the success of change management throughout the project is key to stay on track and keep improving.
